In 8 intensive days you learn the theory with which you develop a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. Of course the theory has no use if you do not apply the practice. Under expert guidance from elite personal trainer and high-performance coach Marcel Treurniet, you will complete an intensive training program every morning and you will only make healthy choices during the day. In 3 intensive days you learn the same theory as during the 8-day Sports & Lifestyle Retreat. The big difference is mainly the number of trainingsessions /days (3 training days instead of 8 training days). With the theory part you learn how to develop a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. During the 3 days, under the expert guidance of elite personal trainer and high-performance coach Marcel Treurniet, you will complete an intensive training program every morning and you will only make healthy choices during the day. Master Bootcamp Series.
At the end of every month, HealthGym organizes a wonderful Master Bootcamp at a changing location in Ibiza. Training that focuses on alternations, exercises based on bodyweight and challenges where you will push the limits. On the beach, in nature and with stunning views. You can cool off in the sea, but of course you always get 2 bottles of water during the Master Bootcamp!
